IN HOUSE LEAGUE: 5U - 6U COED age groups practicing/playing games on Fridays/Saturdays at Keva against other Middleton United Teams. Coached by volunteers, often parents.

IN HOUSE LEAGUE: 7U - 8U  age groups of either FEMALE or COED teams. Practicing/playing games on Saturdays at Keva against other Middleton United Teams. Coached by volunteers, often parents.

IN HOUSE LEAGUE: 9U-10U age groups of either FEMALE or COED teams. Practices at various Middleton fields and games typically on Saturdays/Sundays in Middleton and west Madison verses Alliance teams.  Coached by volunteers, often parents.

ACADEMY PROGRAM: 9U-10U age groups of either FEMALE or COED teams. Practice twice per week, once with the Academy Director and once with team coach. Teams participate in MAYSA league with practices at various Middleton fields and games typically on Saturdays/Sundays in Middleton and throughout Dane County.  Coached by volunteers, often parents.

RECREATIONAL LEAGUE: 11U - 14U age groups of either FEMALE or COED teams. Play MAYSA league with practices in Middleton area and games typically on Saturday/Sunday throughout Dane County. One practice per week in Middleton area. Coached by volunteers, often parents.

CLASSIC/COMPETITIVE LEAGUE: 11U - 19U competitive teams of either FEMALE or COED players playing in the MAYSA league. Practices in Middleton area and games typically on Saturday/Sunday throughout Dane County. Two practices per week with paid coach.
