5U-8U Recreational / In-house Program

Our 5U-8U Program is for players born between 2017-2020.  Players within these age groups range in ability from beginners to intermediate level.  Basic goals for these age groups is basic individual skills (dribbling & passing) to introduction to rules of the game.

REGISTER TODAY

5U - 6U (2019-2020)

  • 3v3 (no goalies)
  • $137.50 (full season); $99.00 (half season ONLY AVAILABLE IN SPRING)
  • $80 jerseys (purchased directly through Stefans Soccer Supply)
  • Practice/Games are Friday 4:30-5:30pm (5U) or 4:30-5:30/5:30-6:30pm (6U)
  • Alternate game day: Saturday between 12:00pm-4:00pm
  • Practices/games held @ KEVA Sports Center (alternate field of Penni Klein)
  • Led by parent volunteer coach
  • Friend requests allowed


7U-8U (2017-20218)

  • 4v4 (no goalies)
  • $139.50 (full season); $101.00 (half season ONLY AVAILABLE IN SPRING)
  • $80 jerseys (purchased directly through Stefans Soccer Supply)
  • Practices are 4:30-5:30pm (day TBD by coach)
  • Games are Saturday 1 hour between 9:00am-12:00pm
  • Alternate game times are Saturday 1:00-5:00pm
  • Practices/games held @ KEVA Sports Center
  • Led by parent volunteer coach
  • Friend requests allowed


Jersey Information

  • Look for an email invitation for jersey orders
  • Email will be sent to primary email used during registration
  • Jerseys are ordered and paid for online through Stefan's Soccer Supply

Scholarship Information

  • Assistance is available to families with financial need. All applications will be kept confidential.
  • Please complete registration but DO NOT pay - leave your cart and follow the instructions below
  • Download and complete the  scholarship packet
  • Submit the required paperwork to middletonunited@gmail.com


REFUND POLICY:  A refund request for registration fees can be made to Middleton United up until August 1st (fall season) and

April 1st (spring season.) Any requests made after these dates will not be refunded. For all applicable refunds, there will be a 15% administrative fee deducted.
